Over seven years, Solutions for Human Capital has helped start-ups and established companies to harness their ideas and bring their products to market successfully.
Our core team was formed in August of 2000 by experienced consultants from Digital Lighthouse Corporation, at that time one of the largest Documentum professional services firms. As an offshore arm of Digital Lighthouse, we have worked on Documentum-based projects for two leading investment banks and a world leader in capital management. After Digital Lighthouse ceased its operations in 2001, S4HC’s managers decided to expand its marketing reach, but to continue to focus on servicing system integrators and product developers. By the end of 2001 we had established a partnership with the leading global provider of comprehensive healthcare and life sciences solutions, which (we are very proud to say) continues to this day. The dedication and commitment of our team in delivering high-quality software and our professional work ethic have improved the quality of our clients’ products and enabled them to regularly offer new, industry-leading products. We have established relationships with leading consulting and product development companies in the U.S. and Europe. In 2003, we were engaged by a global IT services and business consultancy company to create an Automated Legal Filer application, a web-based application used to streamline creation of prospectuses for mutual fund companies, including the review, approval, and automated filing of required documents with the SEC. We succeeded where two large US-based system integrators have previously failed. In 2004, the application went live at a major financial services company in US. In 2004, we worked with a leading consulting company focused on the life sciences industry, first to design and implement a pharmaceutical labeling solution for one of their customers, and then to turn that solution into a product. Since then, we have broadened our relationship with the company and have worked on many projects together, all with stellar results. References will be provided to interested parties upon request. In early 2006 we were hired by Tangosol, a leading provider of reliable in-memory data grid software, to help them design and implement .NET client API for their flagship product, Coherence. The first version of Coherence for .NET was released in early 2007, with great success. It is currently being used by several of the world’s largest banks and many other companies to bring data managed by Coherence to users’ desktops. In June 2007, Tangosol was acquired by Oracle, and Coherence became one of the key components of Oracle’s Fusion Middleware product suite. Our relationship with the Coherence group within Oracle continues as we begin to work on the next release of Coherence for .NET. During these seven years we have grown organically by hiring the best talent available and have increased technical staff from four persons in 2000 to more than thirty in 2007. In the same period, our revenue has increased from less than $100,000 in year 2000, to roughly $2 million in 2007. As we continue to grow, we fulfill a promise to our partners to give them access to top-quality IT talent they can rely on. |
